I'm in another country and your calendar doesn't have a suitable time for me. How can we find a time that works?
Please book the first available date and time on the calendar and specify in the Notes section that you need to adjust the appointment due to time zone differences. We will email you personally to arrange a suitable date and time.

Can I request a session recording?
Yes, Asya offers the option to record the session. We will email the audio file to you afterward.

How can I find my birth time, and does it affect accuracy?

Can I request a customized session, and how much does it cost?

Can you create a displayable birth chart?
Yes, Asya can provide an image copy during your session, which you can print and frame on your own.

How do I receive my Zoom link for the session?
The Zoom link with be included in your email confirmation after booking.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my session?

Can I book a transit reading if I haven’t done a birth chart reading with you?
Yes, you do not need to have one type of reading before another.

Yes! Book any session and note "Combo Reading" during checkout.

Can I join a waitlist for an earlier opening?
If no emergency sessions are available, email us to be added to the waitlist.

I want a Parent-Child Reading for 5 kids. Do you offer packages?
Dual sessions for two people are available. For larger groups, email us for custom accommodations.

What is the theme of the Upcoming Cycles/Themes Reading?
Themes and cycles are unique to your individual birth chart.
